Refund Policy
Clarity Before Enrollment
Applicants are encouraged to seek complete clarity regarding the course before enrollment. WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY does not influence or pressure applicants to join any program. The decision to enroll is entirely at the applicant’s discretion.
Non-Refundable Fee Policy
The course fee paid by the applicant is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Payment Deadlines
Applicants are required to make payments as per the specified schedule. Failure to adhere to the payment deadlines will result in cancellation of admission without any refund. Payments via cheque or demand draft should be made in favor of WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY.
Amendments to Rules and Regulations
WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY reserves the right to amend its rules and regulations at its sole discretion. Any changes will take immediate effect, and the updated terms will apply to all students.
Discipline and Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and professionalism throughout the course. Admission may be terminated without refund if a student violates the rules and regulations of WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY.
Document Verification
Students must verify all original educational documents prior to the commencement of the program.
Assessment Participation
Attendance and participation in all assessments during and after the training sessions are mandatory.
Placement and Interview Obligations
Candidates must attend interviews scheduled by the placement cell on the assigned dates and locations. Upon selection, they are required to join the organization at the specified location on the designated date.
Attendance Policy
Students must fulfill the attendance requirements during the program. A maximum of two leaves per month is permitted. Taking more than three unauthorized absences without prior permission from the WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY Coordinator will be considered a serious behavioural violation and may result in admission cancellation without a refund.
Program Disclaimer
The course offered by WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY is an independent knowledge enhancement program designed to provide insights into the specified study areas. It does not confer eligibility for higher studies or professional certifications unless explicitly mentioned.
Prohibited Activities
Any involvement in unethical or immoral activities will result in disciplinary action. Sharing or distributing WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY's proprietary content, including training materials, without authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to admission cancellation.
Arbitration Clause
Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with an arbitrator appointed by WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY. The jurisdiction will lie with the courts of the district specified by the Academy.
- The applicant should seek clarity before enrolment into the course. WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY will never ever influence an applicant to enroll in any courses. The decision-making is solely based on the applicant’s discretion
- The amount paid by the Applicant for the course in non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever.
- The applicant needs to make the necessary payment as per the prescribed dates. In case, the applicant fails to pay tuition fees, the admission would be canceled without a refund of any kind.

- WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY reserves the right to change the rules and regulations from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. If any such change is made, the latest amended rule/regulation would be applicable.
- The student is expected to maintain discipline and decorum at all times. WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY reserves the right to cancel admission without any refund in case the student fails to abide by the rules and regulations of WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY.
- The student has to verify all original Education documents before the start of the program.
- It is mandatory for the student to appear for all the assessments during and after the training session.
- The candidate is required to appear for interviews on the mentioned dates as informed by the placement cell at any location. The candidate is supposed to join the organization and at any location for which he/she has been selected on the mentioned date as informed.
- The student is expected to follow and fulfill the attendance requirement during the entire duration of the program. The student cannot take more than two leaves in a month. If a student fails to Inform the WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY Coordinator and take permission about his absence more than 3 times, this will be taken as a serious behavioral issue and may lead to cancellation of the agreement without refund of fees.
- The program, in which you are seeking participation, is WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY independent knowledge enhancement program, which gives insight into mentioned study areas. The Program doesn’t provide any specific eligibility to pursue higher studies.
- WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY reserves the right to take necessary action if the candidate is found indulged in immoral activities.
- WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY encourages ethical practices in a participant. The admission stands canceled in case of Data infringement, circulating WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY printed,non-printed material outside, and also in case of sharing training patterns and modules with a third party.
- In case of any dispute, it would have to be get resolved through arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation
- Act 1996 by the sole arbitrator appointed by WIN IN LIFE ACADEMY. The jurisdiction of the same will be to the Courts of District
