Our findings also highlight the global strategies employed by research-intensive, knowledge-driven, and service-oriented firms. These companies not only deploy AI domestically but also extend its application to international production sites. Such strategic expansions underscore the importance of aligning AI adoption with organizational strengths and global production goals under the IndiaAI Mission.

Public sector organizations are increasingly leveraging artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and deliver policies effectively in complex environments. The UK Government Industrial Strategy emphasizes collaboration among universities, public organizations, and private enterprises to meet the AI grand challenge.

While collaborative efforts are essential for AI success, they also present significant management challenges. For instance, applied AI centers of excellence worldwide adopt cross-sectoral partnerships as a standard practice.
